1. Blockchain Transactions

Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, all cryptocurrency transactions processed through HostinozPAY are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain (whether it is TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, or Arbitrum), we have no technical ability to reverse or refund the funds.

HostinozPAY acts only as a gateway facilitator. We do not custody user funds. Any disputes regarding payments made to a merchant using our gateway must be resolved directly with the merchant.

2. Subscription and Service Fees

Payments made to HostinozPAY for subscription plans, reseller packages, or API access are generally non-refundable. We provide comprehensive documentation and testing environments to ensure our service meets your needs before you commit to a paid plan.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • If there was a provable billing error resulting in a duplicate charge.
  • If the service is completely unavailable due to our fault for an extended, continuous period exceeding 72 hours immediately following your initial subscription payment.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please send an email to support@hostinozpay.com with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The transaction hash (TXID) or invoice number.
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback or dispute without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the accounts of users who file fraudulent disputes.
