We act as an intermediary technical service provider and do not hold, manage, or custody user funds.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Lawful Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You shall not use HostinozPAY to facilitate illegal activities, money laundering, or transactions involving prohibited goods.
• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your receiving wallet addresses. HostinozPAY is not liable for funds sent to incorrect or compromised addresses configured by the user.

4. Fees and Payments

Access to certain features of HostinozPAY requires an active subscription or integration fee. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page. All subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

5. Blockchain Network Risks

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. HostinozPAY relies on third-party blockchain networks and explorer APIs. We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by network congestion.
• Loss of funds due to user error (e.g., sending wrong token or using wrong network).
• Downtime or API failures of external blockchain explorers.

6. API Usage

Users utilizing our API must adhere to rate limits specified in their subscription tier. Excessive or abusive requests may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HostinozPAY, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or funds.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
